1. Non-personal data For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you. Additionally, non-personal data means “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data Easy Group collects about the use of Easy Group Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed. Easy Group may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable Easy Group to identify you. The types of non-personal data Easy Group may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (i) device properties, including, but not limited to IP address, Media Access Control (“MAC”); (ii) device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) other non-personal data as reasonably required by Easy Group to enhance the Services and other Easy Group products and services. Easy Group may use Flurry analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Services. Easy Group may use and disclose to Easy Group’s partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Services and to further develop the Services and other Easy Group services and products. You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by Easy Group may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. Easy Group may supplement your personal and non-personal data with data received from third parties in connection with demographic, advertisement, market and other analytics surveys or services.

2. Ad Serving Technology Easy Group reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by Easy Group or Easy Group's partners and contractors. Easy Group may employ third party ad serving technologies that use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services. Easy Group or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and location information as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the Service. Easy Group or third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including, but not limited to IP address (including but not limited to for purposes of determining your coarse location), MAC, software, applications, hardware, browser information, internet and on-line usage information and in-game information. The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology. You recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for Easy Group may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. These ad serving technologies are integrated into Services; if you do not want to be subject to this technology, do not use or access Services. Although Easy Group takes commercially reasonable steps to instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, Easy Group does not have access to or control of third party technologies. Easy Group may display to you behaviorally targeted advertising. If you wish to "opt out" of certain targeted advertising, please visit http://www.youradchoices.com and/or www.networkadvertising.org. Please note that the links above may not reach all Easy Group advertising partners and certain behaviorally targeted advertising may still be displayed to you. If you want to be certain that no behaviorally targeted advertisements are not displayed to you, please do not use or access the Services. Additionally please note that if you “opt out” it does not mean that you will no longer receive advertising. It just means that the advertising you see displayed will not be customized to you and your interests and may be less relevant to you.

3. Other Please be aware of the open nature of certain social networking and other open features of the Services Easy Group may make available to you. You may choose to disclose data about yourself in the course of contributing user generated content to the Services. Any data that you disclose in any of these forums, blogs, chats or the like is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. Easy Group is not responsible for any personal data you choose to make public in any of these forums.

Gold is not Gold

If you have purchased Gold or Silver version, but you do not see any change in the app (you still have ads, your message limit is still there, ...), your app was not updated correctly to Gold or Silver mode. Look at Easy Group top bar. If application is in Gold mode, top bar will be in Gold color. If application is in Silver mode, top bar will be in Silver color. If your app was not updated correctly after a purchase, please "buy" again the same mode in Easy Group. You will not be charged one more time, but it will update your application to correct level.

More than 5000 users !

Easy Group is now used by more than 5000 people! I am very proud this application is saving time to so many people.

To continue this adventure, I would really appreciate you rate Easy Group on App store, whatever you like it or not. So many people do not download Easy Group just because of its small number of ratings.

More users means more time for me to manage Easy Group. Bug fixes, but also new features, like group iMessage sent from Easy Group.

Application is crashing for you?

It appears that application is crashing for some of you. From my estimation, I would say around 1% of you. Unfortunately I do not receive enough "crash reports" from Apple to diagnose these problems. So I would ask you to send me directly your crash reports, and explain me in details when and how it occurs.

Easy Group 2.0 just released

We are glad to announce Easy Group 2.0 was just released.

What's new in 2.0?
- select group members preferred phone numbers and email address
- change group names
- bugfix: application was crashing for some people when taping on + to add a group member. Bug is now fixed.
