Application is crashing for you?

It appears that application is crashing for some of you. From my estimation, I would say around 1% of you. Unfortunately I do not receive enough "crash reports" from Apple to diagnose these problems. So I would ask you to send me directly your crash reports, and explain me in details when and how it occurs.
Send me crash reports directly on Easy Group email (see about me on the right).

  1. The application seemed to work, but I could only add contacts from iCloud to any group. My iCloud contacts only consisted of my own e-mail address, so I deleted the contact. Ever since then the app crashes every time I try to add contacts to a group, presumably because there are no longer any iCloud contacts. Any suggestion on how to get it working again?

  3. I am having the same issue when trying to add contacts that have multiple phone numbers when they are part of iCloud. It worked before i started doing OTA sync with my contacts in iCloud

  4. I find that when I try to add a contact with more than one phone number to a group that the application crashes. When I delete one of the phone numbers, Easy Group will allow me to add that contact. If I add the phone number back after the contact is added to the group, the application crashes.

    1. Hi George. When a contact has multiple phone numbers, it forces you to select at least one phone number Easy Group should use for group messaging. Tap on one group number (or multiple), and then tap on Done.
